      Kelkar Canning Pvt. Ltd. is the leading manufacturer and exporter of canned Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango Pulp, variety of Pickles, Jams, Syrups and range of Konkan food products. The two-acre set up in Ratnagiri district is fully automated and has production capacity 2 tonnes per hour. The indigenous canning factory in Konkan region (West Coast of Maharashtra, India) to have gone beyond processing of mangoes to standardizing its manufacturing process with international food safety certifications. Kelkar Canning has been awarded by ‘KOSHER and HALAL food certifications, and manufacturing premises approved ISO 22000:2005.
      How we produce best quality ASHOK Ratnagiri Aphonso Mango Pulp:
    The Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango Pulp/Puree is produced from hand-picked, naturally grown and ripened fruits. The best quality canned “Ashok Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango Pulp” produced from highly selected and naturally grown. We harness a number of automated processes such as washing, cutting, peeling, pulping, pasteurization, seaming, retorting, cooling, following which mango pulp undergoes stringent lab testing. For consistent quality of Ashok Ratnagiri Alphonso Mango Pulp, Kelkar Group has planted over 4000 Alphonso Mango Orchards, which are used in processing.
